As the Sales Operations Manager at eLabNext, you are the linchpin of operational excellence, possessing a deep understanding of sales processes and a knack for streamlining workflows. What are you going to do?

  • Tracking and processing renewal licenses
  • Verifying Sales Orders with CRM and Licensing Software
  • Providing needed support to the Sales Team to drive sales and build continuous relationships.
  • Participating in the monthly meetings to report due tasks for the salesforce.
  • Direct verbal and written communication with clients to optimize customer relationships.
  • Analytics for Sales and Customer Satisfaction to optimize engagement.
  • Direct verbal and written communication with clients
  • Process and progress monitoring vendor setup
  • Handle purchase order requests and/or inquiries
  • Updating the license manager software
  • Analytics and process optimization
  • Processing and sending monthly invoices.
  • Keeping and maintaining an appropriate debtor management
  • Processing creditor invoices
  • Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary (for Swag and other supporting materials)
  • Analytics and process optimization
  • Providing Support to the Marketing Department as needed:
  • Analytics (Campaigns, CRM etc)
  • Event Planning and Coordination
  • Reporting and Planning
  • Swag Strategy and planning
  • Care Package Coordination
  • Managing and processing e-mail campaigns via CRM and other software
  • Support marketing with campaigns in Hubspot
  • Work with KAMs to do Account Based Marketing Activities
  • Coordinating internal marketing tasks by providing support to the Marketing team.
  • Providing external support and managing projects with the Marketing team
  • Working with Technical Support Manager (TSM) and Customer Success Specialist (CSS) in optimizing customer satisfaction.
  • Analytics and process optimization
  • Provide other administrative support as necessary, including creating management reports.
  • Recruitment, interview, and onboarding
  • Assisting Head of eLabNext, Americas
  • Analytics and process optimization.
  • Strong aptitude for CRM software management tools, providing reports on a monthly basis.
  • Working closely with the Sales and Marketing team to drive projects and execute tasks, e-mail campaigns, and follow-ups with existing customers (subscription-based model).
