Included with the delivery of the On-Premises are the eLabJournal ELN software licenses. The number of licenses provided depends on the chosen installation: the smallest On-Premises installation is scaled for 25 seats and accordingly includes a license for use by up to 25 active users. A system installation suitable for an entire organization, such as the On-Premises 500, includes the eLabJournal licenses according to its size.
Keeping the On-Premises up-to-date is part of our service delivery. With the On-Premises you will automatically receive all eLabNext product software updates including new features, improvements, and bug fixes without additional charge. Read more about software updates.
Customers with On-Premises installations receive support as specified in their Service Level Agreement (SLA). The Key-User has all the required tools to provide first-line support to end-users by solving common problems and answering basic questions. The eLabNext customer success team supports the Key-User with all questions or problems the Key-User cannot solve.
