What do we do?

With our software solutions, we help modern scientists in the R&D laboratories of academic institutes, biotech companies, and startups in the process of digitizing their work in the lab. We facilitate our clients to harness the enormous potential of life sciences and accelerate research. We contribute to the added value that life sciences research can bring to the world and work together with researchers to make discoveries possible. Our customers work on various themes, ranging from cancer research to sustainable food production. But also consider, for example, North Pole research.

What is your role?

As our Regional Marketing Manager, you will be helping to ensure that eLabNext is well known in all target markets and generate new leads for future business so we can continue to help many scientists elevate their research. You will contribute by focussing on coordinating events, creating social media posts, setting up and managing marketing campaigns and coordinating content creation for the Europe region. 

You will be in charge of organizing, planning, and carrying out a variety of events with a European focus on event coordination. You’ll concentrate on developing a solid online presence and boosting engagement on our social media platforms when you create social media. You will organize and carry out specific marketing programs and initiatives when running campaigns. Finally, in addition to developing branding and content materials, you will supervise their production (by third parties) and distribution as you coordinate our content.

You will deeply collaborate with our Sales Customer Success and your marketing teammates. It’s crucial in this capacity that you continue to analyse market trends and data, manage budgets and connections with key stakeholders, and ensure your work aligns with our objectives.

Who are you?

  • Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Marketing or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in a marketing role within the Life Sciences industry
  • Strong understanding of Life Science software and tools is a major plus
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience with ZoHo or a similar CRM system is a plus.
  • Experience with Hubspot or other marketing automation tools
  • You want to come to the office in Groningen for a minimum of two days a week and live in a radius of max. 100 km from our office
