Digital Marketing Specialist (f/m/d)

Your role:

As a Digital Marketing Specialist at eLabNext, your goal is to ensure that eLabNext is well known in all target markets and generate new leads for future business. You will be responsible for our online presence. This includes website management, managing digital marketing campaigns from design to delivery, SEO and SEA (Google Analytics, Google Ads, and market-specific platforms), managing our social media channels, and more.

We also work hand in hand with researchers to enable discoveries in various fields such as (but not limited) the production of sustainable food in areas where cultivation seems impossible or the development of COVID-19 vaccines.

Your Accountabilities:

You will take ownership of our online presence and initiate new digital marketing projects. After completion of every marketing campaign, you will evaluate the results and advise marketing management on improvements for future campaigns. You will participate in global marketing meetings and cooperate with colleagues in marketing, sales, and customer success teams, as well as our sales office in the Boston region. We are a fast-growing organization. Therefore, you will play both a strategic and hands-on role. In other words, you will contribute to strategic marketing plans, and you will also be responsible for the execution of our digital marketing campaigns.

Other accountabilities:

  • Managing the eLabNext social media channels
  • Online advertising on research specific platforms and channels
  • Marketing reporting
  • Creating new digital marketing materials (in cooperation with our marketing agency)
  • CRM management and marketing automation
  • Organizing and participating in (online) events and represent eLabNext at these events

Who are you?

To ensure that eLabNext can continue to deliver top quality, we are looking for candidates who meet at least the following criteria:

  • You have an HBO BSc. with a focus on marketing & communication
  • You have a minimum of 2 years experience working in a similar position
  • You have solid analytical skills
  • You are a fan of online tools and technology
  • You have proficient written and verbal communication skills in English (Dutch or German will be considered as a plus)
  • You are a self-starter, and you take full ownership of your projects
  • You are available for 4-5 days per week (0,8-1,0 FTE)
  • You have experience in working with a CRM system
  • Preferably, you have experience with marketing automation
