With our software solutions, we help modern scientists in R&D laboratories of academic institutes, pharma, biotech companies, and start-ups in the process of digitizing their workflows. We facilitate our clients to harness the enormous potential of life sciences and accelerate research. We contribute to the added value that life sciences research can bring to the world and work together with researchers to make discoveries possible. Our customers work on various themes, ranging from cancer research to sustainable food production. But also consider, for example, the development of COVID-19 vaccines.
Your purpose, together with your team of Account Managers, is to drive the sales of our products by closing contracts with our clients and partners. You will use the selling model to promote the product’s attributes/benefits and value propositions within the lab digitization space. As mentioned above, you will do this by offering valuable advice. We call it ‘consultancy sales.’ You also will be onboarding new clients and setting up their accounts. During this process, due to your past lab experience, you can guide and advise the client regarding optimizing and digitizing their lab workflows
To help many more scientists elevate their research, we need a strategy. With our Director of Business Development, you will participate (with input from your team) in shaping that strategy and translating this into a solid plan for the Benelux region. You will be responsible for the P&L and budget of the sales team in this specific region.
We are a scaling-up organization. You will play both a strategic and hands-on role. You will lead the Benelux team, which currently consists of two sales team members, but will continue to grow and diversify in roles such as sales, marketing, and customer support. At the same time, you will be responsible for handling the key accounts in the Benelux region. You will set up marketing initiatives with our marketing department to keep your sales funnel filled. For the scalability of your work and that of the account managers and to provide customer service in Dutch, we will add a local customer service specialist who will also report to you.
