For a smooth transition and implementation of eLabNext products, we provide training to customers at all levels within the organization.
With the delivery of a Private Cloud or On-Premises installation, a customer-appointed group of Key-Users will receive extensive training by eLabNext product specialists. Extensive training will be provided to Key-Users by eLabNext product specialists. After the training, the Key-Users will be able to implement the system at different departments or research groups within the client’s organization. In addition, Key-Users will be able to address end-user questions and perform administrator tasks on the organization level. At least one Key-User is appointed by the customer for a Private Cloud setup. Periodic training of the Key-User is covered in the Private Cloud Service Level Agreement (SLA).
eLabNext also supports organizations with implementation by offering end-user demonstrations and training. During end-user training, an overview of all system functionalities and features is provided as well as training in all basic operations. During this training, end-users are instructed within the context of your organization’s specific system configuration as determined by your Key-Users.
