With the delivery of eLabNext On-Premises, software licenses for eLabJournal are included. The number of licenses provided depends on the chosen installation. For On-premises installation, the smallest possible number of active users is 25. If the number of users affects system performance (i.e. for an entire organisation of 500 users), a high-performance server infrastructure will be implemented and deployed with the licenses according to its size.
Keeping the On-Premises solution up-to-date is part of our service delivery. With On-Premises you will automatically receive all eLabNext product software updates which include new features, improvements, and bug fixes without any additional charge.

Customers with On-Premises installations receive support as specified in their Service Level Agreement (SLA). The Key-User has all the required tools to provide first-line support to end-users by solving common problems and answering basic questions. The eLabNext Customer Success team supports the Key-User with any questions or problems the Key-User cannot solve on their own.
