Hosting locations – Cloud Solution

Depending on your country of residence, your account is hosted from servers within either European or North American sites.

Data from European Union citizens are exclusively stored on European-based servers located in Germany. Service for our US customers is delivered from our data centers located in Ohio and North Virginia.

Data from both sites are strictly separate to comply with local regulations without affecting other regions.

If you would like to store data in a country of your preference, you may always choose to migrate data to a dedicated system installation such as Private Cloud or On-Premises Installation.
